Welcome to Frank's PC Tax. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and our website. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Our Company Frank's PC Tax is a trade name operated by CW Electronics Corp, a New York corporation located at 163 West 231st Street, New York, NY 10463. References in these Terms to "we," "us," or "our" mean CW Electronics Corp doing business as Frank's PC Tax.

01Services Provided

We provide document preparation, organizational support, and process guidance for tax filings, immigration applications, divorce paperwork (Pro-Se), business formation, credit assistance, bankruptcy paperwork, and other related services. 02Not a Law Firm or Accounting Firm

Frank's PC Tax is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide accounting advice. Our services are limited to document preparation and process guidance. For legal questions, you should consult a licensed attorney. For complex accounting matters, you should consult a Certified Public Accountant.

03Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to us. You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all information you provide.
  • Reviewing any documents we prepare for you before submission or signing.
  • Meeting all filing deadlines that apply to your situation.
  • Notifying us promptly of any changes to your information or circumstances.

04Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms vary by service. For certain services (including divorce document preparation) a 50% deposit is required to begin work. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay and cash. Fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.

05Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of your personal, financial, and immigration information seriously. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to perform the services you've engaged us for, or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

06Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of refund, penalties, or interest.

07Third Parties

Many of the services we assist with — including IRS filings, USCIS submissions, state court filings, and credit bureau disputes — depend on the actions of government agencies and other third parties. We cannot guarantee outcomes, processing times, or decisions by any third party.

08Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by CW Electronics Corp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
