  • You review and sign every form — the answers are yours, and we don't choose them for you.

Document Gathering Support

  • Help you identify the documents the court usually asks for.
  • Organize income, debt, asset, and expense records into a clean filing package.

Required Paperwork Checklist

  • A general checklist of the documents the official forms ask about — income, debts, property and expenses.
  • Make sure nothing is missing before filing.

Filing Logistics

  • The court's address and filing hours, and where to find the court's published fee information. You pay any filing fee directly to the court.
  • Questions about what happens after filing — including the automatic stay, creditors and your property — are legal questions. We refer you to a licensed bankruptcy attorney or the court's self-help resources.
