Immigration

We assist with preparing and organizing paperwork for petitions, citizenship, green card matters, and more. We simplify the process so you can focus on building your future. All information handled with complete confidentiality.

Immigration Help

Family Petitions

  • Help you prepare U.S. citizen or permanent resident family petitions.
  • Go over the published USCIS eligibility requirements and current posted processing times, so you can see where your situation fits.
  • Check supporting evidence (birth certificates, marriage certificates, proof of relationship, etc.).

Citizenship & Naturalization

  • Prepare and file citizenship/naturalization applications.
  • Explain eligibility, English/civics requirements, and interview expectations.
  • Provide interview prep and a document checklist (ID, green card, tax records, etc.).

Removal of Conditional Residence

  • Help conditional permanent residents remove the 2-year condition on their green card.
  • Explain timing rules (90-day window before card expires).
  • Help gather evidence of a genuine marriage (photos, joint accounts, leases, etc.) and prepare the petition packet.

Green Card Renewal

  • Help with green card renewal applications.
  • Identify when to renew — expired card, lost/stolen, change of name, etc.
  • Organize ID, photos, and supporting documents required for the renewal.

Employment Authorization (Work Permit)

  • Help with Employment Authorization (work permit) applications.
  • Explain eligibility categories — pending adjustment, asylum, certain dependents, etc.
  • Prepare application and supporting documents for timely filing.

Immigration Consulting

  • One-on-one immigration case review (process guidance, not legal advice).
  • Explain the overall immigration process for your situation — family-based, employment-based, etc.
  • Walk you through the categories USCIS publishes so you can decide which one applies to you — and if your situation isn’t clear-cut, we’ll tell you to see a licensed immigration attorney.

Form Completion Support

  • Step-by-step help filling out common immigration forms.
  • Explain each question in plain language so you understand what you’re signing.
  • Double-check completion for basic accuracy and missing fields.

Document Organization

  • Create a tailored checklist for your specific application.
  • Sort documents into folders (ID, financials, marriage, children, employment, etc.).
  • Help you get translations, notarizations, and copies ready for submission.

Application Status Guidance

  • Track your case status using your receipt number.
  • Interpret receipt notices, notices of action, and RFEs (Requests for Evidence) in simple terms.
  • Read the notice with you in plain language and point out exactly what USCIS is asking for. Responding to a request for evidence is a legal matter — we’ll refer you to an attorney.

Status Check

  • Help you check your current immigration status (green card, pending case, visa, etc.).
  • Explain what each status means — lawful permanent resident, asylee, pending, etc.
  • Help you understand how long your status is valid and what you can and cannot do.

General Immigration Support

  • Guidance on travel documents (Re-entry Permits, Advance Parole) when needed.
  • Help with address changes and fee payment confirmations.
  • Prep sessions before interviews — what to bring, how to answer questions, what to expect.
  • If you’ve received a notice from immigration court, we will not handle it — we’ll help you find a licensed attorney the same day. Court matters need a lawyer.

Government Fees & What to Bring

USCIS filing fees are paid directly to the government and are separate from our preparation fee. Current fees (verified June 2026 — we confirm the latest amounts before you file):

What to Bring

  • Photo ID, plus your green card, passport, or arrival record (whichever applies to your case).
  • Civil documents: birth certificates, marriage certificate, and any divorce decrees — with certified English translations.
  • For marriage-based cases: evidence of life together — joint lease, bank accounts, photos, children's birth certificates.

Important: We are a document preparation service, not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. For legal matters, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
