- Take or prepare passport-style photos that meet U.S. requirements — size, background, expression, recency, etc.
- Provide the same photo for immigration forms so you don’t have to take multiple pictures.
Passport Application
- Help you fill out the correct passport application form.
- Walk you through what documents you need to submit alongside it.
Passport Appointment Prep
- Help you find and choose the right passport acceptance facility — post office, library, or other authorized location.
- Prepare a short checklist for your appointment day so you arrive fully ready.
Fees & Processing Times
- New adult passport — $165 total ($130 to the State Department + $35 acceptance fee). Bring your birth certificate or naturalization certificate (original or certified copy), photo ID, and one 2×2 photo — we take compliant photos in office.
- Adult renewal — $130, by mail or online.
- Child under 16 — $135 total; both parents must appear with the child (or provide a notarized consent form).
- Processing — routine service takes about 4–6 weeks; expedited 2–3 weeks for an extra $60. Fees verified June 2026 — we confirm current times before you apply.
